Viana™ vision analytics by meldCX has seamlessly integrated with Signagelive to introduce an innovative digital signage solution that leverages AI insights for optimised content delivery based on anonymous audience analytics taken from sensors. This collaborative solution empowers owners of digital signage networks to assess their return on investment and fine-tune content for maximum audience impact.

When paired with a ChromeOS, Windows media player, or BrightSign device, along with a compatible camera, this combined solution utilises advanced vision analytics to improve digital signage outcomes and deliver insight-driven content that is programmed to specific target demographics, predetermined scenarios, and behaviours like dwell time and attention.

Deliver precise, targeted advertising

meldCX's Content at the Right Opportunity (COATRO) module enables customers to monitor advertising campaigns according to target persona groups and conduct A/B testing. 

Integration with Signagelive's Proof of Play data platform allows measurement of campaign performance at specific times and places, aligning playback analytics with sales reports and other business metrics.

AI-powered cameras anonymously capture data metrics

The anonymous data analytics provided by this integration empower customers to build more accurate audience profiles, automatically triggering highly personalised content. 

Signagelive's advanced scheduling functionality ensures precise delivery times and screens for campaigns, with real-time updates for live content.

Set rules based on campaign parameters

meldCX's Viana Inference Rules Engine can be used to set business rules which trained to identify pre-defined factors, such as but not limited to demographic grouping, behaviour, product and zone engagement, vehicle types, journey profiling and even the items of clothing worn in the camera's field of view. 

These rules can also be tailored to anonymously identify and be programmed to look for multiple scenarios that would feed or trigger content decisions, along with the ability to customise for a specific need - such as waiting threshold that could trigger entertainment content or messaging to minimise bulking.
