Indosat MX Center presents a lineup of exhibits developed in partnership with the world’s top leading technology companies such as Google, Meta, and Cisco.

Working with Cisco, meldCX put together a vision analytics solution that anonymously captures…

  • Visitors’ demographics information, such as age range, gender, and sentiment / mood when exploring the Indosat MX Center,
  • zone engagement, providing insights into how visitors interact within different areas,
  • and foot traffic,  to determine the popularity of specific zones at different times and among various visitor demographics.

The wealth of data analytics collected is then presented on a massive touchscreen, easily accessible through our intuitive and user-friendly Viana™ by meldCX dashboard (see image below).

Visitors can explore and make use of this valuable information to gain a deeper understanding of their experiences at the Indosat MX Center. 

Simultaneously, the management team can leverage these insights to optimize the center's layout and offerings to better cater to visitors' preferences and needs.
